1. What we receive
What you make
The words you write, the feeling and staging you choose, photos you pick for a gift, and the lyrics, music, and video made from them.
Points and payment
Your point balance and its history, and the receipts the stores return.
Card and bank details are handled by the stores; Banjjok never receives them.
Notifications
If you turn notifications on, your device push token and installation identifier.
Support
The inquiries you send and our replies.
Gift links
The address of a gift you publish and whether it is open or closed.
We do not access your location, contacts, camera, or microphone. We receive only the photos you choose, never your whole library.
2. Why we use it
To know it is you
So that what you made is shown only to you.
To make the song
To create music and video, keep them, and open them again for you.
Points and payment
To add and subtract points correctly and confirm purchases.
Notices and replies
To tell you when a song is ready and to answer your questions.
We do not use it for advertising, collect advertising identifiers, or sell it to anyone.
3. Who processes it with us
One song takes more than us alone.
Google · Firebase
Confirms that a sign-in is genuine.
BRIC · fal.ai
Create the music, lyrics, video, and images. Your written story and chosen photos are sent to them for this.
Amazon Web Services
Stores the finished audio and video files.
Apple · Google
Confirm store purchases and deliver notifications to your device.
Their servers may be outside the Republic of Korea. Using Banjjok means agreeing that your information may move across borders to the extent the purposes above require.
4. How long we keep it
For as long as your account exists. When you leave, we handle it as described in Delete Account. Only payment records are kept separately for the period Korean consumer protection law requires, then destroyed.
5. What you can ask for
You may ask to see, correct, or delete what we hold. Do it in the app, or write to support@banjjok.io. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 14.
6. How we protect it
Information travels only over encrypted connections. Gift links use addresses that cannot be guessed, and close immediately when you make them private. The operator console requires a separate sign-in and is open only to those who need it.
