Delete Account

Delete your Banjjok account and everything you made with it.
Two ways, and they end the same.

In the app, or without it

In the app

Open menu → Delete account. It is the last item in the list.

Because this cannot be undone, we ask you to confirm.

By email

If you changed devices or already removed the app, you can ask by email. You do not need to sign in.

Put “Banjjok account deletion request” in the subject line and include the email of the Google or Apple account you signed up with.
Once we confirm it is you, we finish within seven business days and write back.

Your account details, including name and email
Everything you made, with its lyrics, music, video, and photos
Gift links you published — even past recipients cannot open them
Device tokens used for notifications
The inquiries you sent and our replies

What remains

Records of point purchases and payments must be kept for five years under Korean consumer protection law. They are stored apart from your account and destroyed when that period ends.

Any points left disappear with the account and cannot be restored. It is better to use them first.

Your Google or Apple account

Leaving Banjjok does not touch your Google or Apple account itself. Banjjok simply stops recognising it.
